Grapefruit Sacs in Syrup

• Each can contains 850g of grapefruit pulp, ready to use.

• Drinks: Great as an ingredient for bubble tea, smoothies, mocktails or fruit juices.
• Desserts: Perfect as a topping for yogurt, pudding, ice cream or fruit salads.
• Creative recipes: Also suitable for cake fillings, fruity bowls or spicy sauces.

Refreshing grapefruit green tea

Ingredients:

• 100 ml green tea (cooled)
• 40 ml grapefruit syrup
• 50 g grapefruit pulp
• 150 g ice cubes
• 1 slice of fresh grapefruit (optional, for decoration)

Preparation:

• Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
• Pour the cooled green tea and grapefruit syrup over the ice cubes.
• Add 50 g grapefruit pulp and stir gently.
• Decorate with a fresh grapefruit slice and serve immediately.

• Shelf life: Up to 24 months unopened. Please store in a cool, dark and dry place.
• After opening: Keep cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Use the jam as soon as possible.
• Best before: At least 2 months unless otherwise stated.
