Blueberry Jam

• Each bucket has a net weight of 4.5 kg and is suitable for a variety of preparations.

• Drinks: Add a fruity note that is both sweet and subtly tart to smoothies, shakes or bubble tea with the blueberry jam.
• Fruity toppings: Perfect as a garnish for yogurt, ice cream or pudding.
• Desserts: Excellent as a filling for cakes, pastries or as an ingredient in blueberry dessert creations.

Ingredients:

• 200 ml black tea (cooled)
• 2-3 tablespoons blueberry jam
• 150 ml milk or other milk alternative
• Ice cubes (optional)
• Toppings of your choice (e.g. tapioca, blueberries or jelly)

Preparation:

• Prepare 200 ml black tea and let it cool.
• Add 2-3 tablespoons blueberry jam to the cooled tea and stir until the jam has completely dissolved.
• Add 150 ml milk or another milk alternative and stir well.
• Put your preferred toppings (e.g. tapioca or fresh blueberries) in a glass.
• Fill the glass with the prepared mixture, stir well and enjoy your creamy blueberry bubble tea!

Tip: Combine blueberry jam with vanilla or citrus fruits to discover exciting flavor contrasts!

• Shelf life: Up to 18 months unopened. Please store in a cool, dark and dry place.
• After opening: Keep cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Use the jam as soon as possible.
• Best before: At least 2 months unless otherwise stated.
